Starter: when three sub-accounts are enough. Unlimited: when an agency needs unlimited client sub-accounts. Agency Pro: when SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup or advanced API access matters.
Budget beyond the base subscription
HighLevel marks some email/SMS, calling and AI capabilities as usage-based, and optional add-ons are separate. Model expected usage.
